Yep they dipped hard into the warp to fight off the crons and ctan .....but that said as well as eldar they made korks(ork predesseors) and jokaro who are adorably hilarious

I don't think FPS is that well suited really compared to third person. A large draw of any w40k game would be capturing the more visceral melee and in close combat which lends itself more to third person as opposed to first person.

Me too. I would love a real gritty FPS about the Fall of Cadia, preferably like CoD 2 with cutscenes.

Something cool would also be an open world detective type game where you play an Inquisitor and your mission is to root out heresies in a sector. You can pick and choose your team along the way and basically you are hunting for clues and try to root out conspiracies.

Maybe there is a report of a pleasure cult in a Hive City. You investigate by busting down the doors to take prisoners to torture. Unfortunately the prisoners you manage to capture alive take poison capsules. By taking gene samples you find out one of the leaders is a brother of a tradesman holding ownership in a shipping company that a few years back got a logistics contract by Ecclesiarchy in Calix Subsector which in the last 10 years have seen a 28% rise in Cult activity. At the same time you have heard Lord Inquisitor Marsk Holsten's suspicion about certain members of the Ecclesiarchy in that sector.

I can be down with third person, but has to be good. I dont want one like Gears of War, or Mass Effect. I prefer more in line with the old desktop PC Jedi Knight or MOTS style third person.
