I still think about this gme. TFT was probably my favourite game expansion. Never really felt WoW was a suitable adaptation though I know it expanded on and concluded the entire story. Really idk how the just left this hanging. There's been speculation that it's in the works for a while.
I suspect they will probably further micromanage the heroes and make them playable like Smite, armies get expanded an tactical formations become possible. It's be col to be able to arm 7 several different units then individually assign them into battle formations. I remember long prior to the Warcraft movie release Blizzard said if they made a movie adaptation they'd take inspiration from World War 2 movies. I think incorporation that feel into WC4 would work well -trench warfare/ dig outs for goblin tunnels
