208 looks like a pretty shitty event, but who does everyone like in the main event? Holly definitely has a chance, but I think De Randamie should be a bigger favorite than she is. Some value in the line, IMO. @JudoThrowFiasco @Lead.

I don't remember being notified for this. I really have no idea with most of the women's divisions. I just think it's hilarious that belt may already be at risk of going away before it's even awarded to someone

I like 208 - mainly because of the odds on Texiera, there is a lot of value in that line (unless insiders have reason to think AJ scrambled his brains forever).

Edit -- the line on Glover moved, less value now.

I'm going slightly outside the box with the ME and taking Holm -- I genuinely feel she is capable to keep it safe while standing long enough to implement a Jackson plan of taking it to the ground.

I just think after her last fight she is not going to risk standing with an equal or better striker. I also think that Jackson-Wink is a known strategic camp and the the Dutch CSA team is definitely not a wrestling focused org. Guess it comes down to Holly's pride in this one -- but, considering she is up against a pretty 1D fighter with a history of being bested on the mat -- not to mention a title prize and the recognition of being the 4th(?) person to win a title in 2 different classes, that she may want to play this one smart.

If this goes to a striking match i put Holy at 35-40

If she worked her takedowns and grappling (great camp for that) i put her at 55-60.

I don't think so either, but de Randamie has TD defense as an essential part of her game (meaning that she can't function at the contender level without above-average skill there), and statistically, it's pretty good (82%). I don't think we should assume that Holly is skilled there given that she's never demonstrated it (two attempts in her career) and it's not part of her background.

Good striker, but limited overall. Needs a better camp to move forward, but he's already 32.

Didn't see it. First card I've skipped in a while. Probably the worst since 177 on paper (I went to that one but only because it was pretty close to me). I'll check it out when it hits the FP library.

Why'd you figure de Randamie over Holm by chance?
