I think Rogan overplayed that as being a "cheap shot". It was somewhat vague and when things are vague I guess you strike and take that chance. He admitted later that Harris was wound up before the ref stopped him. It's not like harris started the kick after the bell. he was mid motion.

BJM did something similarly stupid last night. Lightly taps Rose, it was like half a stoppage. It was a late stoppage too.

Rogan was initially saying it was a blatant cheap shot. I don't believe that. Or at least it isnt so clear cut.

I'm not sure whether it was an intentional foul, but the Ref yelling time and laying hands on him really should have gotten more of a reaction.
The DQ was legitimate in my opinion, even if I think Godbeer probably could have continued.

ya, I am not complaining about the decision I just kinda think Rogan threw him under the bus without really knowing intentions and before replay. rogan often seems to think he knows what other people are thinking and feeling.

I mean, Rogan basically painted him as the bad guy. maybe he was. but nobody knows.

Silva beat Bsping in many people's minds, if he wins in November he will have two in a row, it's the massive super fight that never happened. And of course like Bisping, it's GSP best title fight in both divisions.

Of course it will rightly piss off hardcore fans and make the MW crown even more of a joke, but not sure if that ever mattered to the UFC.

Right now it does not seem likely but it's def a possibility in my mind.

I want to see A.Siva vs GSP.

That would be great I see GSP winning he seems to be the fresher Fighter compared to Silva. But who knows.

I love how Bisping elbowed GSP in the guard and cut him GSP received more damage in that exchange its like he took down a razor blade.

You didn't say that at the beginning -- you said he would be the odds on favourite against GSP and you would take him over Rockhold. None of which are overrating Whittaker. 65 and 70 percent odds on him over Luke and George respectively isn't not by any means an egregious claim.

He's great and arguably the best in the division. Top 5 p4p may be a little much.

Last night was a weird night to say the least... I honestly didn’t hear or see the ref until the kick was gone... It’s my job to finish the fight and that’s what I was trying to do! Getting disqualified bothers me more than anything right now because I pride myself on being a true martial artist and not a “dirty fighter.” I felt like a no contest would’ve been the right move in that situation. My sincere apologies to everyone for the outcome. We keep growing and pushing forward. Thank you all for your support! Love y’all!

Well, arguing about p4p is pointless, and I'm not going to stick by that. That was just a shorthand for saying, yeah, he's really fucking good. Caliber of fighter who'd be at or near the top of any division. Think of Chandler's "The Simple Art of Murder" (http://www.en.utexas.edu/amlit/amlitprivate/scans/chandlerart.html). "He must be the best man in his world and a good enough man for any world." And I think giving him good odds against Rockhold, another great fighter, implies that, unless he's just a really good stylistic matchup for Rockhold.

I can see someone thinking that that's overrating him, though he has two wins this year that stack up against the best wins of any active fighter.

I have a solution to this mass shooting problem but we don't have the technology. Those mind erasers from Men in Black. Use them on every person on Earth to remove all their knowledge about mass shootings. Cuz that is what mass shootings are now. Ideas. They are fucking memes that are spreading. Ideas are harder to kill than people.

Maybe I should write a story on that. How the government extracts certain memories from all people. Probably been done before in some writing in some capacity. They cut it out like cancer.
 
Tried to lock in, and Bovada is showing Whittaker at +130, but when I entered the bet, the odds are -160. Weird, but still locked in a little.

You saw correctly- people jumped on that line like a beast. They may lock in some arbitrage too. Lucky bastards, that was 2 hours ago.
