Every once in a while I try and find Dave Attell's old Comedy Central show Insomniac to buy digitally but to no avail.

Why wouldn't they be trying to monetize this old content? I can't be the only one interested

I feel like most Comedy Central stuff is hard to access other than South Park but I believe they had digital rights or something like it.
