So the other night I’m using the internet on my phone at work (YouTube and pandora) and when i leave it says I have no internet connection. Ummm, I never have internet connection at my place of work, I just use my phone. And its been doing that all week now. Any reason why a phone would stop accessing the internet without wi-fi?

I’d have to look. It’s an old dell that I need to just replace but I hardly use a computer anymore outside of work. I don’t know how I could remove a screen from a laptop. My technical skills are minimal at best.

Depends on the quality of the laptop. The cheap ones typically use a plastic chassis which is largely held together with plastic tabs. You have to prise them apart with soft plastic prying tools (although a cheap, soft guitar pick can work) and the chances of breaking the tabs or the clasps that hold them is high.
The better the quality of laptop, the more likely it is to mostly be screwed together (the screws for the monitor bezel typically being hidden behind stickers or rubber plugs). Although it's common for them to still use some form of plastic tabs, they are typically less likely to break.
Usually you can just remove the bezel and then the screen itself (often held in within a thin metal frame which screws onto the bezel, which may or may not be included with replacement screens) fairly easily. Although sometimes you have to remove the hinge covers to remove the cable. You also have to be careful removing the ZIF cables or connectors. They use different styles of connector, and if you do it wrong you can rip the connectors off the board or damage the cable. In which case you're probably screwed.
