In terms of box office revenue his films have declined but on streaming its a different story, when its that accessible people will flock to Sandler.

I'm pretty sure Adam Sandler asks himself that question everyday.

In his defense his last movie was pretty legit. Directed by the Safdie brothers who directed Good Time.

Well, I haven't seen it, but it looks legit. Speaks to my opinion that a good director can make anyone a good actor, if they work to the actors' strengths. It's not Sandler's first rodeo in "serious" roles though. I didn't really care for the movie, but his performance in "Punch Drunk Love" was undeniably good. The dude has some skills.

then, as we were cracking up, goofing around in the back seat we looked at him, & he was just staring at his palm. we called his name, asked him if everything was cool, & he just turned to look at us & asked "is this my hand?" super dramatically. his face always reminded me of this when he asked us hahaha

Holy fuck. That's probably going to be underappreciated, but it's one of the most ridiculous simul-achievements by a competitive brain ever.

That's about on the level of Stu Ungar, who was simultaneously the best poker player and bridge player, and was an elite blackjack player. He was even better at bridge than at poker at a time when it was much harder to be the best bridge player than the best poker player. Nobody would play him after he smashed the world's best in private games.

I remember once I had a bottle of K in my fifth pocket. I also had an altoid mint in there that I didn't know about.

when I went to pull out the bottle, it uncapped & spilled into my fifth pocket. so when trying to pick it all out I crushed the altoid too.

it was a lost cause, so I said "fuck it" & started bumping whatever I could, & boy did I underestimate the strength.

first, the drip was minty fresh grade A nastiness, that sent me straight into the dreaded "K-hole". I was waiting for my friends to come over & they were taking so fucking long, I was getting ultra antsy. finally, they arrived, & I told them what had happened, & kept asking why they wasted so many hours to get to my place. they were confused, & then I realized only about 10-15 minutes had passed haha.
