Yeah. Conor steamrolled him. Cerrone didn't show up to lose, but neither did Conor. To call it a dive is just idiotic. I was impressed with the shoulder strikes, myself. I've always wondered why more people didn't utilize them like that.Man, Joe Rogan can't catch a break lately. First he gets swept up in a current of bad faith political histrionics and now he gets called out by Nate Diaz, a fighter he's a huge fan of.
BTW, I don't like Cerrone, but Rogan is absolutely right and Stephen A/ Diaz are wrong. Calling Cerrone a quitter or flopper for getting flustered after his nose got smashed with unexpected shoulder strikes is super low.
What’s this now?Man, Joe Rogan can't catch a break lately. First he gets swept up in a current of bad faith political histrionics and now he gets called out by Nate Diaz, a fighter he's a huge fan of.

Because he is such a giant wad, people forget just how good Conor actually isSame, haha. I actually thought it was a really memorable "best of" type win for Conor, who I obviously really dislike. Like Anderson's wins over Forrest and Irvin: just a freakshow steamrolling when people thought it would be somewhat competitive.
Yeah, in the UFC he's only had problems with Nate and Khabib. Everyone else, he pretty much walked through. Beating Jose in 13 seconds and then making Eddie look like a kid told me that regardless of his shitty attitude, he's a great fighter.Because he is such a giant wad, people forget just how good Conor actually is

Still think the UFC let him off the hook for his gang warfare antics in NY, though.
Yeah, there should have been a heavy suspension for that, two years I think. The UFC saw dollar signs and wanted to fast track the Khabib/Conor match, but that was chaos and shouldn't be tolerated or rewarded.that was bullshit, that whole bus incident. Borg fucking caught glass in the eye. just because he's a huge draw he basically got a way with so much. sure he paid & had community service, but if anyone else did that, they would be fucked for life.
anyways, the heavies is an absolute shit show now, more than ever - people arguing that he deserves a title shot at 155. if he drops down to 155, he should be focusing on Gaethje & Pourier.
Diaz can say whatever he wants, for all we know he’s angling for a fight by talking trash. But I agree that guys like Stephen A and Rogan (I know he’s not guilty here) shouldn’t be calling into question a guy like Cerrone’s heart.Man, Joe Rogan can't catch a break lately. IDK about anybody else, since we know Jones can get away with murder. Brock can fail how many tests too and have Dana at his beck and call. I think anybody who’s a big enough draw can do whatever they like in the crooked UFC.that was bullshit, that whole bus incident. Borg fucking caught glass in the eye. just because he's a huge draw he basically got a way with so much. sure he paid & had community service, but if anyone else did that, they would be fucked for life.

One thing I hate about Conor fights is that we get an influx of input by the most casual fans of the sport which leads to silly statements like Cowboy taking a dive. Virtually everyone who follows the sport figured that Cowboy is a good match up for Conor and that a first round finish was likely but suddenly we get a bunch of people who are unaware of that chiming in. Stephen A is exhibit A of casual commentary on the sport. I remember after the Conor-Khabib fight he was calling for an immediate rematch solely on the basis that Conor might do better despite the fact that the division is full of talent and that the fight was a pretty definitive win for Khabib.Man, Joe Rogan can't catch a break lately. Just say no to drugs kids. This guy played Goldberg in the mighty ducks. He's only 41.
