So, I'm just now catching this new Trek series Star Trek Picard thanks to the DVR. Opening titles look like they were done by the Anne with an E people.
First reaction going into the show proper is fuck me there's a lot of supervising producers and co-executive producers and executive producers for one TV show, with Stewart among the latter. Prediction: this is either going to be insufferably pretentious, high minded, and ego driven, or it will be the best that character was ever meant to be thanks to great vision and story telling.
