Every Turk I've met except for those that are in that weird grouping where they're super white as they're descendant from the Romans and the English garrisons that used to be there the thing I've noticed... they talk super SUPER fucking fast. There's also a very slight arrogance to them (not that that's bad) that you can feel I think because of how Attaturk forced them to modernize near/around WWI that the rest of the region didn't go through.
