Highly doubtful

Notice how he cried that I needed help, and then all his buddies conveniently start replying shortly thereafter...

Of course perfection is impossible, but journalistic integrity isn't. Attacking the media has been one of the pillars upon which Trump has built his cult. Correcting themselves and treading carefully should be a no brainer, but obviously isn't. This particular story by itself is just humiliating, but in the context of the last 3 years should not just be blown off as not-Trump related. When you hear people rightfully saying 'Trump is a symptom not the underlining problem', realize that this is part of the cause.
Haven't read the rest of the thread yet, but this is what the headline says now, "Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, extremist leader of Islamic State, dies at 48". And it's on the obituaries page. Using it as an excuse to suggest journalistic malfeasance is silly, imo. And how quickly does a correction have to be made to be acceptable? In this case it appears to be less than a day. Do you still have a complaint now?

Another fine tweet that has aged like milk

They only changed it, because their headline practically blowing the dude, was called out for the bullshit it was. They were definitely fucking around, and trying to lessen the achievement of getting this dude. All because Trump's administration got him.

The real question is, what would the media have to do to make you believe they're compromised by political activists and hacks?

This is crazy talk, of course. "The only reason this line is moving so slowly is that the grocer is a liberal who hates me"-level crazy.

Also, the headline wasn't "practically blowing the dude."

Well, it would likely originate somewhere other than the obituaries page; that's about all I can say for certain.

Jack said that to Cubo. That Cubo should kill himself.
Credit to JVS for producing such a low gaff to post ratio that you've had to resort to milking that one for so long.
