@Lead Aren't the number of reports kind of less than useful if you don't know how may were deemed spurious? I don't need to know my number, but if anyone else wants to know they can tag me and I'll ask for them. What I would like to know is how many times I was reported and it was deemed baseless. I assume you guys deal with spurious reports, and if I was on anything close thin ice, I would hear about it. Soooo...

If you can't describe them, can you provide an online reference? I'm also in pretty dire need of increase in flexibility and all around core strength. Also, I remember your tirade against yoga practitioners, but is it fair to say that's an option for an older person? Among other things, my back has been sending me warning signals for a while now and I would appreciate any suggestions.

sorry, and let me put a little though into it.

yoga is, only worthwhile if its cheap or if it gets you into a routine of stretching. if they're charging you a decent amount, they should equipment and resources to help with your flexibility. not just fuck around on a mat for half an hour or an hour.


your back is likely taking on stress from elsewhere in your body. what kind of factors you got going? desk job, activities?

I figure you and @Jack V Savage are on the same page, in terms of sheer and utter dishonesty that triggers certain reactions.

As for my 61 reports, I believe @Fawlty was responsible for 59 of them, so it doesn't count.

You should have put the time frame at the beginning if that's what you meant.
If you were only talking about the last 18 months that was only 1 other infraction not 2, which was by me, but your date selection doesn't mean anything. Like I said, your past accounts and infractions don't "expire".
You were still carded for flaming when you were temp banned by Madmick for flaming (which combines a couple of those infractions).
There's no dishonesty on my part. I haven't done anything which I fail to take responsibility for.

Color me shocked that you are, once again, being completely dishonest in only referencing the single infraction which I explicitly conceded was an empty flame, although it was in response to (and mimicked the format of) an initial empty flame which was, shockingly, not infracted (Mick even referenced that Farmer started the flaming exchange and then reported me, counting on bad faith enforcement). You baldly took the two posts by Mick you could debase yourself to defend (one being old and the other containing a single sentence beyond the flame) and the one post by me which you could reasonably say was against the rules in being an empty flame. So, yeah, your posts have been blatantly dishonest. And it's why your lame defenses are only getting support from outright trolls.

And I didn't say or even imply that past infractions "expire." I said that their mere existence doesn't invalidate disparate enforcement - which you have not even attempted to deny - in the time since.

And let's acknowledge the fact that this wasn't such a big deal (and definitely didn't warrant on the merits) an "everything here is fine" post from you dishonestly defending Mick, but you gave it anyway. And that's why you were tagged in my complaint: not because I was appealing to you to be an honest arbiter (lol), but rather because I was calling you out as a hack who is at the forefront of the system of moderation here where all right-wing shit posters short of RIPWarrior operate with near-impunity - and in fact have their posts surreptitiously deleted without infraction just like Mick does with his own - while any bad faith targeting by moderators like Mick and RR elicit a disingenuous united front defense.
