Idk why but I tend to put bay leaves in like every stew, chili, or curry lmao.

Crushed peanuts or peanuts are another ingredient I just use even if it seems out of place. I’ll top the curry with crushed peanuts for myself, but not everyone likes that.

My buddy (her husband) is a combat vet who served in Iraq. Just found out another friend of mine was there and terrified as well.

Couple cops got killed across the lake today too but don't worry! We remodeled the fucking Superdome! Can't help the crime, can't give kids with PTSD proper mental health treatment, can't staff police officers who don't fucking beat up minorities outside bars but by God they can fix up a stadium that doesn't need fixed.

I think that may be why I'm the way I am about terrorism, or why that one new shitposters comments about "Izlam and black youth wylin out" bothered me so much. After 9/11 people forgot about the OKC bombing, but we didn't. I remember finding out about terrorism then. The air smelled like death that day.
