It's insufficient policy, since it does not augment the demand for oil or the accessibility of foreign providers, and it could face constitutional problems....but disqualifying?

If she could actually carry that out, it would be disastrous. I wouldn't vote for Trump over her, but it significantly hurts her standing with me in the primary.

Isn't that, well, what lots of people want though because of what happened in towns where they can literally light their tapwater on fire?

Yeah, there are tradeoffs. An immediate ban would do far more harm than good.

I'm not going to pretend that I know all the adverse effects of fracking in every town but I'm sure you can mitigate any of that stuff with more government oversight.

On the other hand you can't establish energy independence without it. The US was also becoming a net energy exporter which gives us leverage over other exporters like SA, Iran, Russia etc...

This is @NoDak favorite subject.

I'm assuming that came out of the climate change town hall? CNN has been weird about their "property" this time around, not putting their stuff on YT and not getting the word out on the Internet very well. I barely knew the TH was happening, and I don't see any way to watch it.

Didn't see the town hall, but I saw the tweet. If she does the right thing and walks it back, she'll also outrage progressives who are already looking for a reason to oppose the eventual nominee.

A leg? Maybe the thigh? How about some breast?

I was kidding. You voted for Marco Rubio in the primary? My goodness, that's embarrassing

Oh. Got it. I can’t remember whether him or Kasich dropped out first but those were the two in the remaining field I considered
