Rules for the, but not for me!

There is numerous of times where my post got removed, or I got yellow, and my post was almost word for word retort to already leftist post.
Original offender got nothing.

For example, in meme thread there was poster who posted a picture of penis(looks real to me) with a Trumplike wig on it.
And 2nd post was Trump sucking Putins' censored penis.
Well, you can't post dicks, so I report both posts.
Day later, neither gets removed or poster gets carded.

Fine, I post Obama sucking Putins' censored penis, and boom headshot in less than hour that post is removed.
Original 2 posts still stand of course.

So, no rules are not equally enforced for all posters, because you see, some posters are more equal than other.
Only way WR could be more balanced is if you made half of moderators be the same moderators of r/the_donald

Until then, WR is just another leftist safe space, and you can have it.

I can see how something like that may be frustrating. If you could pm me the links, I could look into this for you. Situations like this provide good cases for us mods to align on certain policies. I didn't know about this until I came across this post however. In instance where you report something and nothing happens where you think there is a gross amount of inconsistency (hopefully this occurs not too many times), you can follow up with a PM to a mod(s) about the situation. We are always available to look into things.

A lot of times, a one mod may handle a specific report and another mod handles another. This sometimes can result in different consequences but when we get cases like this brought to our attention, we can at least review what happened and move forward with a better understanding how we all should handle something.

I assure you there isn't a conscious effort to moderate to overly punish a conservative poster and be lenient on a liberal poster, or vice versa. If I thought something like that was happening, I wouldn't moderate here. I think the other mods would also agree with that.

Just saw a mental health issue defendant try to take on 3 jail deputies over our video monitors.

Equal parts sad, disturbing, and in some ways (annoyingly to myself) funny. Guy probably weighs 110lbs soaking wet in full denim.... Taking on 3 deputies 2 of which were Marines and one was a Ranger.
