That one was a hypothetical but we had a 10 year old stick his 6 year old step brothers dick in his mouth so....

Part of it I think is how Utah's juvie system works now is if you start Court proceedings there's a TAD more teeth to get the kid treatment. Like, if you leave it up to the DCFS system there's literally nothing to get the kid help he needs if the parents are unwilling to help. You bring it in front of a non DCFS judge then they can get the kid like a Class A misdemeanor and then order some sex therapy treatment and such. It also I think grants the cops the ability to start digging into the family easier under the guise of "we're trying to find out what little Johnny did in detail" so they can interview the suspect to see who victimized them.

Had one 3 weeks ago where a 13 year old step sister was fucking her 17 year old step brother. Yeah, the step brother shouldn't have done shit but you read the reports and listen to her interview she straight up goes "Oh, I wanted to suck his dick and fuck him.. I've been watching step sibling porn since I was 10"
