Or switch to sparkling/ seltzer/ tonic water. One of the main reasons its tough to quit soda is because they're physically addicting. The physical addiction is the way the carbonation trigger pain receptors in your throat.
This sounds like some hocus pocus conspiracy theory type shit brother. Let's clean it up out here.

Never heard of that. Interesting.

I think Sprite works because it's caffeine free so you're eliminating the addictive part before going off completely. Also, it has a refreshing type taste you could equate to any cold drink rather than just tasting like a soda.

It's taking a while to get the next one out. I'm post-ipated. Momento, con permiso.

I guess there's quite a bit of SF that I like, then. Also a big Douglas Adams and Kurt Vonnegut fan. And Lethem is probably my favorite living writer, and he's definitely done stuff that would count. I would have thought that it's the SF community that would reject those works, BTW. Interesting that it could be coming from the authors themselves.

The SF community is really broad, and there's so many sub-genre's (with more always developing) that it can cover an awful lot. From "soft" or fantasy Scifi (such as Frank Herbert's Dune and most pop-scifi), through to Hard Scifi, Weird Fiction, Cyberpunk, Dystopian Scifi, Space Opera, Apocalyptic Scifi, Alternative History, Tech-noir and crossovers like "New Weird".
With the pulp origins and being lumped in with the Swords, Sex and Sorcery fantasy of the '60s-'70s, it's not surprising that a lot of authors rejected the label. From what I understand, in Japan it's also seen as niche and juvenile. So for instance you probably won't see Haruki Murakami's Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World marketed there as scifi.

Are you going to write about those unmarked graves at Chemawa School? Or are you strictly focusing on academic / cultural effects of federal education policy? IMO, you should include the graveyard. It's pretty interesting compared to the other stuff.

I started with Manhunter or The Red Dragon, whichever one was the actual title of the book w/Will Graham. Glad I did that before moving on.

Check out Level 26 by Anthony Zuiker. Its a trip, like Manhunter on acid
