This you?

I guess since you were wrong about the outcome of the trial, the crusade continues.

Not looking good for the anti-cop people indeed.

<{anton}>

There you go again, arguing something that nobody is talking about. Not only do I not say anything about predicting the outcome of the case, I'm not sure how that relates to what I was saying. What crusade are you talking about?

For the most part my 30s have been the best decade of my life.i got out the slums got a career going and don't gotta answer to anyone but Mrs gutter. It just shocks me to see the actual number. It's cliche as hell to say but man does time fly. This last decade of my life has been lived slow and steady but at hyper speed
Roger that. There are sadly years long periods of my life that were basically a total write off in terms of their contribution to my person as a whole, other than as case studies in perseverance in the face of various sorts of intangible adversity.

My wife and I celebrated the 9th anniversary of our fist meeting just a little while back. My life has never been better than since I have been with her and I have vivid memories of pretty much all of it, but it seems to have blown by like the scent of a single flower in a light wind. And sure, we've had some memorable adventures for a week or two at a time, but the rest has been your regular workaday shit, get up, go to work, come home, love life with the wife.

Mostly, I think it's just a consequence of aging.

And,

Physics explains why time passes faster as you age provides a purely physical explanation for this phenomenon. I think it's likely that is not all there is to it, but I'm just a gimp compared to a real scientist.

Now yes that is seriously fucked up. But calling it attempted rape is dishonest.

For the record, I didn't call it attempted rape. I was merely asking to see if there were any possibility it could be seen that way. That said, depending on their relationship, the wife part could be funny but the daughter part is beyond even my pale.

You can read can't you?

"If Chauvin gets off, it would say a lot about the billions in damage and murders BLM committed last year".

<Huh2>

Well Chauvin got convicted, so what did it say about that? It was pretty talkative when it came to defending the cop choking dude to death, but here you are post hoc with the same shit sans one shit layer.

People like you I like to call "rhetorical onions". It's when someone's plain thoughts are buried behind layers and layers of shit arguments. One goes away, but you just pulled off one layer. And when you're not paying attention, they're rooting into the dirt adding more layers. Make it plain. Don't be scared homie.

That article comes up with an explanation that may have some truth, but I think there is a super simple explanation. Each fixed time increment (read: additional year) is a smaller fraction of your overall remembered life span. So the reference frame is simply a different one.

When I turned 9, I was fuming because I knew I would have to live my entire life again (time wise) before I would be allowed to drive a car.

That's how I've always looked at it. That and there being far less change to take note of as it goes. Look at last year though, with all the covid shit it seemed like the longest year I can remember in forever.

You don't get to drive until 18?

I may have missed something besides Jack's comment just above. Are you being sarcastic or not? Not judging, just wondering.
Half joking. The set up is kind of hot but once I see blood any arousal is gone. Beyond that I thought it was a visually interesting torture porn scene and bonus points for the historical reference(the woman bathes in the blood is Mrs.Bathory). Its better than a lot of torture scenes in shlock torture porn movies.

I would say the best torture scenes overall in terms of direction and impact are the one from Reservoir Dogs with the ear and the one from Audition at the end. Not super gory in terms of what you see but they're directed in a way to really communicate the horror of the situation and the pain of the person going through it. The RD one is mostly off screen and the Audition one is bloodless and yet they both mess me up.

Yeah it was fucked up what he said. It wasn’t a crime though much less attempted rape. From article:

Now yes that is seriously fucked up. But calling it attempted rape is dishonest.
I'm pretty critical of the cops but idk, seems like an inappropriate joke to me and not much else. He establishes that he can't give him the promotion anyway so that to me reinforces the idea that it was only a joke. Nothingburger IMO.

They have an 'accompanied driving' thing from 17.

Makes sense to me tbh. Liquor and voting also at the age of 18. Beer from 16. I mean why would I not trust someone to have a Bud Lite but allow them to drive a car?

Explain how that’s a prediction. Tell me what I was “wrong” about. Don’t puss out with your usual “He just doesn’t get it” nonsense either. Be specific.

I think Chauvin is a piece of shit and have always said as much. I posted a story about an Antifa shitbag getting sentenced. I’ll ask again, how is this related? You think there shouldn’t be consequences for burning down a police station?

Man I am behind on threads I need to make.

1) German Supreme Court says current climate protection plan is inadequate and infringes freedom of plaintiffs

2) Anti-vax staff in nursing home brings in Covid, kills 2

I mean it’s obviously totally inappropriate and disgusting even as a joke. Fireable offense for sure. I don’t want to be defending this guy lol. I’m just saying to call it attempted rape is misleading to say the least.
