Yeah. It really really gets on my nerves when I hear tourists complaining about how depressing New Orleans is right now and how their vacation is ruined.

A lot of my friends have been reaching out how to deal with Covid depression and to vent. Slightly concerning that I'm everyone's sadness expert lol.

Best advice I can give is to get out for a run/walk (if possible) every day for 30 minutes.

Parler advertised itself as the "free speech" version of Twitter. It had/has a similar TOS as Twitter but no one seems to care.

As for any platform that goes the "free speech" or "different than the mainstream" social media sites, it didn't take it long to be overrun by nazis and other right wing scum. See Gab and VOAT for similar experiences.
