While you can load up on the back, like any muscle group it’s better to drop the weight and focus on form. 195 is very good for that rep range.

I just watched Larry wheels row 10 plates with less difficulty than I do 4. I'm not sure if I'm motivated or demoralized

Left/right always devolve into political parties here but whatever man mods tend to be hyper protective of Israel on the net, not shure how it is here but I wouldn’t expect otherwise. (Mods generally being leftists)

@Madmick is right leaning, @irish_thug is right leaning, @panamaican is a disaffected Republican, @Lead seems pretty centrist to me. @Khabib Khanate is left leaning and so is @Ruprecht. Mods "generally being leftist" seems highly inaccurate to me considering only 2/6 even lean left. Just because they don't allow this sub forum to turn into Stormfront doesn't mean that they're leftist. And the term "sherfront" exists for a reason because a lot of y'all walk that fine line...

im a big mma fan so although i don't post there i do lurk sherdog pretty often and sometimes i check out their politics section. it's not exclusively conservative/right-wing but there's a helluva lot of deplorables on that board and they're constantly making threads about sjws, transgenders, blacks, chicago, immigrants, islam, anti-whiteness...you know, all the classics.
as ugly as it is now, it was actually much worse a couple years ago...they had to do a big purge after the shyt in charlottesville went down. you can guess why. there's a reason people call it sherfront.
