Eh, I think he pulled off a dorky high schooler well. Toby was too old and the new kid just doesn’t seem to fit the role well. I wouldn’t say any of them were bad though, Garfield was just the best.

You can have looks and still be dorky in high school, especially if your thin like he was. There were lines were he sold being socially awkward well that didn’t feel forced. When Toby did it, it just felt like it was written into the script rather than how he portrayed it.

Walter's wife is a wretched cunt. Loved the show for the most part. Hits its stride when Pollos Hermanos, Mike, and Saul Goodman come on the scene.

But yea. I find them to be very irritating.

I feel like since oz hbo has set a standard that very few shows can live up to. I think right now this second might be the first time in 20 years where it seemed like the crown for thee show was open for the taking and hbo didn't have it locked down.
