Exactly. How does anyone turn that down? Show up, stare some folks down, have extremely limited in ring action...and you get paid $250,000-$1,000,000 a year. Even if it was like $100,000 a year, it's probably better than retirement pay, or at least worth it to stack onto your residual fueled nest egg.

I mean he got $500k a year to work 2-3 days a month in TNA. Plus they covered his travel and hotel. Sting knows how to work the money marks.

As a cyclist, I hate cyclists. They are unpredictable as fuck and selfish a lot of the time. I always try to ride defensively and I respect cars. For example, near me there is a major road under construction right now. There is signage that say "Single file only" With a picture of a bike and cars behind it. The idea is we go single file down the road and share it. Do I do this? No. I go on the sidewalk as it's mostly always empty along that stretch. Why would I take up an entire car lane and hold people up at 7 am on the way to work? Little things like this make a difference.

I tend to commute by treadly, and in the city I don't have an issue with other cyclists. Especially as we have a bunch of screwed up bike lanes that just end in the middle of nowhere, leaving cyclists to merge with traffic in all sorts of inappropriate spots (often bridges etc, where there's no alternative route).
They only annoy me in the hills, when they'll use the full width of the road to go downhill at speeds which are still slow enough to be dangerous in an 80 zone when I'm on a bike with an engine. Even more so when there's a dedicated bike path, but they use the road to try and go faster.

Properly. That's the most important. He's not out there embarrassing himself at some Bingo hall for some crack money, like Jake Roberts, Brutus Beefcake, or The Iron Sheik.

It's funny, 'cause I live in a little town that is a bit of an indie Pro-Wrestling hot spot, and you'll just see some of these old timers out and about on occasion, if a show is coming up. They're all just there for the easy money. Then you talk to some of the actual indie wrestlers in these "organizations", and they're getting paid less than the what the Iron Shiek's sandwich cost at the local deli. It's hilarious at how complacent they are with the whole deal.

What's funny is the official mod note they posted about him, you know, the doxxing, the harassing of people off the forum in real life. They let him off easy. That little goblin was one of the legit psychos we've had posting here. He is severally mentally ill and he actually has stalked people on this forum and off it in real life.

It blew me away he would go the 'stalker' route with his accusations of people as if he thought hiding in plain sight was his best move.

Lol, that's what I'm talking about. Taking up a full lane, down hill. That is incredibly dangerous and selfish.
