Anybody gave any tips for knee pain issues?
My knee has been swollen and inflamed fir about 2 months. Other than sensing a stretch/strain on the outside of my left knee one day, which really took it to another level, no injury that I noticed.
I’ve had 2 bouts of steroids, which helped but only temporarily. I’ve been really nursing it the last 10 days and still a problem/. Only minor pain (usually middle of night if at all).
have another md appointment tomorrow.
I can walk but with a limp.
