@AgonyandIrony were you giving spice mix recommendations sometime earlier? I'm trying to recreate ramen seasoning (chicken flavour).

Seems like the packets are mostly onion amd garlic powder with some cayenne additional to the spicy ones. Any other ingredients you'd include?

Depends on what you're going for. I'm a fan of a small touch of five spice, but cumin is so underutilized these days. If you're doing ramen it comes down to a solid bonito broth. Check out the Momofuku cookbook. It's incredible.

I don't fuck with parsley much. I fuck with cilantro at home way more most the year. We're about to enter Rosemary season though. Lowes , Walmart, and Home Depot sell "mini Christmas trees" which are just hella cheap trimmed rosemary bushes.
