I think for me I miss working with my coworkers.

My coworkers and the attorneys I work with is what makes my job enjoyable. I still interact with them working from home, but everything is "business related" now rather than the random chats everyone would have in the past when we were all in office.

Can't you introduce virtual coffee breaks? I did that for my team. 15 minutes every morning, completely voluntary to join, like a coffee kitchen.

I also set up 1:1 video coffee breaks with people I wanna stay in touch with.
