I'm drinking C O O R S
Of course, I have an excuse. I'm a crazy person. In the 90's I didn't even have a TV most of the time let alone the money to spare to go to any movies.Pretty inexcusable that you haven't seen any of the Austin Powers movies. They're hilarious.
I've been good man, just workin;, dad'in, fappin', jitsin'.I don't like coors, but I'm glad you're having a good time.
How have you been, dude?
aye dude!hope everything works out![]()
Lmao yeah they should have waited a little bit but what they did at the end of the episode paid off perfectly. Did you see this yet?
There is a lot of deep nuance inherent in a discussion of that topic that does not lend itself well to the WR.https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Is–ought_problem
I wish I could inject this into everyone's brain. It would save us from a lot of unnecessary outrage.
Oh well, it is what it is.
Shit is awful but I can't post it here because I've been thoroughly doxxed.
I will put it on my list to read. I am currently reading I know this much is true by wally lamb and wrestling with the devil by Ngugi WA Thiong'OThat interview was perfect. I'm so fucking excited, and everything he said was correct. John Brown should have died A BUNCH. Dude got into some shootouts and battles where he was vastly outnumbered against a savage enemy, and through sheer willpower and belief in his righteous cause he persevered. Even in losing battles in Kansas, he dispelled the notion of the weak Yankee.
He murdered a few slavers true, but they threatened him first, and he would often take his captured foes and give them a big lecture but warn them if they capture them again it would be an instant execution. His work on the Underground Railroad, as well the pivotal figure in Bleeding Kansas, even the failed raid of Harpers Ferry ultimately succeeded in causing the "John Brown Raid of the South".. the Civil War. It's such a shame he wasn't able to kill that scum Robert Lee at Harpers Ferry.
I literally can't describe how excited I am about this, John Brown has been shit on in US history since his death, painted a madman or a terrorist, his contributions to the freedom of the enslaved and trafficked humans of the South minimized. Finally, after all this time the nation will learn of a true American hero, a man who marched to his own death sure of the life he lived.
You really should pick up John Brown: Abolitionist though, it's incredibly written and imo the best work on his life. Honestly I wish they would have waited to premiere the show until October 16th, the anniversary of the Harpers Ferry raid.
