No, it was an American animated series. There was a few good adult animated series in the 90s like Flux and Spawn that I have to get around to watching. Wish we had more stuff like that since we can't count on the Japanese to produce anything other than otaku trash nowadays. Instead we're getting the opposite, shitty live action remakes of everything that was good and even some of the bad stuff.

I enjoyed Animal Crossing
Breath of the Wild is still a banger, even several years after release. People are still finding out little secrets and hacks on it.
Pretty much all Nintendo first party stuff is going to be high quality.
A lot of the indie game ports translate better to a handheld experience, imo. I'm playing Undertale right now.
