Sorry but no , on a strict whole foods plant based diet you will lose weight and if you change your diet rather than go on a diet you can keep it off .

Some people will definitely lose weight and keep it off much easier but it isn't magic .

If you are eating nothing but unprocessed ( or minimally processed ) fruits and vegetables you will lose weight , best to keep nuts , avacados and seeds to a minimum if weight loss is your goal .

Why can I not update the Sweden thread? Now several posts written by me have disappeared.

Obviously you don't like Muslims but I don't think I've ever seen you post about All Lives Matter or in an ALM thread. Maybe you have but I haven't seen it or if I did I forgot about it. Combine this with conservative media strawman tactics and the authoritarian need to create enemies when none exist and you get to a point where child trafficking becomes a partisan issue and the libz must be the bad guys.

I logged in today to correspond to another moderator. My whole post was deleted after a couple of minutes, but I had time to see that I got a like from the same moderator. Some of my posts have been deleted even though I have read back and forth that I have not written anything that breaks the rules on the site. Since the last pages have been modified then insertions and not just mine have been deleted, I replied to your last post in sweden thread not because it was about me, but that you have an ability to always demean people when you take a sentence from nowhere and paste it elsewhere and with this you create a whole new perspective, with the aim of demeaning another and enlarge the opinion you are against to a reprehensible level. Among other things, you have been good at cutting and pasting with mosquitoes and Sunni Islam. So good that if I had not been familiar with the main text, I myself would have thought it was offensive.
