They probably stopped in the 1980s lolLet me know when Goodyear stops making White Walled Tires

I don't think I have ever bought a set of tires made by Goodyear unless they happen to be the parent company to like Federal and I didn't know.I love this stuff because, while the right will always win wars of rhetorical attrition since they have no shame, they will always lose battles of consumption because they have no conviction. Conservative boycotts are always spectacular duds.
LOL, I find it bizarre that anyone grapples and does not do at least the occasional no gi. It reminds me of year 1 grappling at tri Star, we were are ripping the shit out of our T shirts (not doing actual gi chokes just almost grapple brawling).
No gi is always fun watching the gi that only does gi all year show up for his one no gi session of the year be stuck with the former folkstyle wrestler that is used to NOT having any gi to grab on to.I've been skipping no gi for the last few weeks. It's scary out there without grips.
I'm straight angry at both of the parties over this shit. Republicans being bitchy about "has to be 1 trillion at most" is trash and they are trying to play too much hardball. The Dems... wanting $1200 for each dependent and stuff kind of pisses off this guy that is single. I also feel like people on unemployment making more with the bonus is a tad annoying.
It's my living situation and seeing how my roommate uses money while he, his gf, his 4 year old all live here but I still pay 50% of the rent and utilities. Why does that make you angry if you're single? Is it just the amount you disagree with?

I don't want to have a broken lease on my rental history.Yeah you've found yourself in an unfair situation. But I don't think because you're getting the shit end of the stick in your relationship with your roommate is a reason to change larger policy.
Why not just get a new roommate?

Another six months. That's fair. If you guys had an understanding that he'd pay more and he went back on it, that's shit. When is the lease up? I imagine you're ready to go.
Did Greg buy something? We're gonna have a serious issue if this dude starts complaining about truck payments
Some chicken and a bagged salad for lunch.Did Greg buy something?
The epoch times ones are especially terrible. They are not just propaganda but have a creepy cult like tone to them. They are banned from Facebook but good enough for YouTube. I don't like YouTube enough to pay for it.I’ve gotten so used it.....it’s crazy they want you to pay like $15 to be able to play videos while closing the app on your phone (so listen to audio) and removing ads.
Bring back the simpler times when I’d just watch evolution of dance and 2 other dumb videos
Why didn’t you make your lunch Greg? Some chicken and a bagged salad for lunch.
What, can I not eat now Sara?!
@Shoemaker my ultimate goal would be to be able to purchase a nice 2 bedroom condo or townhouse near where my office is and maybe like rent out the non-master bedroom to someone in Law school or Med school to help me pay off the mortgage.
"But I can't do XYZ transition/gi chokes"
"So, taking away tools should make you get better at other things right?"

I forgot to go get a box of baby spinach yesterday lol. Plus I had to buy stuff to make dinner tonight. Why didn’t you make your lunch Greg?
Full shin leg kick first imo. If they're still standing after that then I am grabbing a chair.Yeah not everyone on teh streez is wearing a bomber jacket and some will attack u in their speedos. Best be ready imo.
Plus leg locks![]()

Another six months.
I basically chatted with my folks and once they find a house and have moved themselves in... I am going to take like 2-3 weekends and move all my stuff in with them and pay some utilities to them, keep paying my rent here, but not live here.
As soon as I have an out I'm fucking out which very well may be in November/early December with the lease ending at the end of January.
I'm in my 30s so living with the folks feels weird but if they let me live there at a reduced rent/utility cost it'd give me a chance to get my finances in order while saving up for a really nice place of my own. Only way I have a roommate ever again is if they're in like law school or med school which means they'll be so focused on school work the house will be nice and quiet.
When we moved in it was 50-50 which was fine as when we moved in the only names on the lease was me and him and the understanding his 4 year old lives here and his 10 year old from his first marriage would be over on the weekends he has her and the weeks he has her in the summers.
NOW though, his gf who SUPPOSEDLY has her own place has been here non-stop since October to the point the last time she didn't spend the night was back in October... it what's making me pissed.
I've lived with folks where their significant other basically moved in and they came to me and other roommates to re-work the rent as they had more people living here now. The fact he hasn't done the same is pissing me off.
EDIT:
Apologies to those who hav eseen me rant about this before. It's just been getting to me again recently and I'm venting.
It just feels weird you know? They're ok with it though and if I am basically in "work from home" mode until like August of next year.... It might be worth it.Nothing wrong with living with your folks in your 30s if the rent is cheap. If you don't have a family, it's the money saving lick of the century.
Plus you get to hear you parents having rough sex every nightIt just feels weird you know? They're ok with it though and if I am basically in "work from home" mode until like August of next year.... It might be worth it.
Would probably be able to save enough for maybe a down payment on a small condo or something. Would definitely be able to pay off all my debt in like 3 months.
