The habs went from certainly getting one of Lafrenière, Holtz, or Perfetti, to almost certainly getting mauled by philly and losing like 50 combined draft spots.
2020 has not been kind to habs fans.

That said.... WHO'S UP FOR WAR ROOM FANTASY FOOTBALL SEASON 2?!?
Last year was a hard fought battle, were we saw the red and blue blooded Americans almost unanimously squash the pitiful kneelers.
@Broke Lester was our innagural champion followed by @MMAisGod in 2nd and @HockeyBjj in 3rd. @sickc0d3r was the best performing from the lefty division at 4th. @Trotsky followed at 5th then @Gregolian and poor @Lowmanproblems in 7th who had to play in the big boy's conservative division. @zebby23 , @PolishHeadlock2 , and finally @kpt018 rounded out the kiddie table liberal side.
We'd also like to bump up the number of teams from 10 to 12, and poor @zebby23 passed away during the offseason (I hear his ghost may yet be around to still play). @AnGrYcRoW I know you showed interest before, any other loungers or war roomers like to join? No money, just bragging rights and smack talk. Loser has to wear an avatar chosen by the victor/league from the end of the fantasy football season until after the Superbowl. @kpt018 had a very sexy Ted Cruz pink unicorn avatar announcing boldly that he did indeed suck at fantasy football.

So, someone that understands economics/finances more explain something to me....
if the stimulus checks we have received so far (and the proposed one that the dipshits in DC couldn't come to an agreement on last week) are considered "advanced tax credits".... does that mean we will owe more on taxes in 2021 or are they like a loan we don't repay?

Pac 12 is cancelling/postponing their season
Big 10 is looking to do the same
Last I saw ACC is also talking about it
SEC is the only one still trying to have a season it appears in the fall
And with all the opt out we saw at the pro level and given the issues MLB has had with people testing positive?.....
NHL and NBA have lucked out being in a bubble to limit contact and people testing positive. MLB though has travel and isn't even a damn contact sport. I can't imagine how football will do with people tackling each other and shit plus the travel.

exactly. I dont have faith in sports this year except for ufc. My favorite team is the Dallas cowboys and you heard about what ZEk does. Half are players can't stop parting like idoits. More and more players will get this virus.

Still as yet to be fully determined. Was 1qb ppr last year with some extra starting spots (1qb, 2rb, 3wr, 2flx, 1te I believe) and bigger bench than most leauges. Once we get our 12 we can chat and decide how exactly to have it. There were a few wishing for auction instead of a normal snake draft, so maybe some chat on that.
