There were court decisions and legislation in Congress the past three months. They just get drowned out by 50 cancel culture/ BLM threads and are possibly not that exciting. Most appointments to SCOTUS aren’t the spectacle that Kavanaugh was.

Gracious no. When I was younger I would put down some good ones. 18oz isn't that big a haul for a 'merkin steak, but it thoroughly kicked my ass. Just can't eat a big ass steak anymore. Last time I had something bigger was a few years back on my birthday, a ribeye that was closing in on 2lbs. That was also a mistake, but a pretty delicious one.

Started rewatching and I forgot how slim Tracy Jordan was in the first two seasons...damn.

And yeah, I just watched an old SNL on Saturday with him on in his first year on there and I couldn't believe how much better he looked, not to mention the better acting (IMHO but then I hated his character on 30 Rock and I liked him on this episode of SNL). I think he and his brain both went pear shaped after his car accident.

I'm thinking law of averages here, too. Obviously, a truly good steak is orgasmic... but I'd take average ribs over an average steak.
