If it was the beginning of the term or Trump was killing it in the polls I'd agree but I'm not so shore with Trump getting crushed and a Biden victory seeming more likely.

I'm going out on limb here.... you're right about Robert's but Kavanaugh flips.......
Kav strikes me as a guy who thinks Trump is a savior figure.

@PolishHeadlock2 On the topic of mortgage forgiveness and the virtues of small landlords (which I think you chimed in on), what would you say are the upsides of large real estate investment and property management companies?

I honestly can't think of a single good thing about them. They corner markets, expropriate land wealth, jack up rental prices, and generally have far shittier service both in terms of viewing properties and in terms of maintenance. And they're way more likely to sue tenants and former tenants that aren't sophisticated about renting law (so, for instance, didn't document inhabitability and give notice for remediation). I mean...it's good, I suppose, when actual developers build high density apartment buildings on previously undeveloped land, but most of them don't do any of that.

Yeah I was just joking.... but at the same time he was on Ken Starr's team.... does he really want to put up a roadblock on Executive oversight if he thinks a Dem win is inevitable?

It's just wishful thinking on my part
Republicans seem overly pessimistic about the election. They're not in as bad of shape as they think. COVID could make the election unwinnable for Democrats, and nothing about it helps Democrats. There will be way more excuses (we've already seen this in the primaries) for shutting black people out of voting. They're going to go super hard on that and swindle this election.

I don't think so, Tim. Kavanaugh is extreme deferential to executive power. He is, however, a complete hack so it's not like him contradicting past opinions is out of the ordinary, but between that judicial history and the fact that Trump went to bat for him, I bet he toes the party line.

Spartacus is a pretty good show, but man there are so many erect penises. Naked Lucy Lawless is a joy, but the casting couch for this show must've been interesting.

There used to be a show on SBS TV here called Eat Carpet (short films, mostly from art students around the globe, the weirder the better). Pretty sure that featured.
Interestingly the name "Eat Carpet" supposedly wasn't a reference to lesbianism, but to an anecdote about Hitler's insanity.

If I chimed in it was probably just saying that a decent amount of US rentals are owned by small landlords.

I may have also posted about Triple Net leases where the landlord isn't responsible for property taxes of liability insurance.....

The only other thing I might have brought up (on the positive side) was that the largest commercial real estate group in Philly and the suburbs (Brandywine Realty Trust) has been pushing the city/state to increase commercial real estate tax rates in the city so that they could eliminate or drastically lower the city wage tax which is often cited as the reason for businesses not locating headquarters in the city proper.

A boy can dream.....

This guy is yelling textbook sentences from a concealed carry scenario. Back off, I feel threatened, you are harassing me. I just can't 1/2

I thought you'd never ask.

So, the program is 4 times per week, more or less upper lower (more like torso extremities) split. The two upper and lower workouts have a different emphasis. For example, one lower workout would be quad heavy (but still contain some posterior chain), whereas the other would be more for the posterior chain. The workouts have a base number of sets that you will do that are filled in for the entire 7 week block. After the first upper and lower workouts, you begin giving the workouts a grade which is an integer from -2 to 2. That grade is added to the base number of sets for the next week. So, if your second upper workout wasn't giving you a pump in your chest at all, you'd give it a 2, and then all your chest exercises in your 3rd upper workout would have an additional 2 sets each. If you were so super blasted from your first back workout that you couldn't even finish your back sets, then you'd give it a -2, and the volume would go down for the next upper workout's back sets by 2. This effect is cumulative.
Sounds pretty good actually. I like that. 2 more sets? Not reps? What’s the base rep/set structure?
