That got brought up in the Rep debates back in the day as an attempted gotcha against him and I thought his argument was fair.

He wasn't going out of his way to get more. He was just spending what was given.

...but that is what he was doing. He broke an earmarking moratorium in order to pork barrel for his constituents. The moratorium would be an attempt to change the system, refusing to join in is supporting the pork barrelling regardless of your personal vote (always overturned) on budgets etc.
Interestingly it's one of the issues his son disagrees with him on, but then Rand's shilling for the supplement industry's freedom from oversight was more disgusting in my opinion (although not hypocritical).

It could be justified celebrating too, not just spiteful happy karma got him. If Bolso has a rough go of it and nearly put on a vent like Boris Johnson of the UK was, it could be the wake up call for him to actually fucking do something about it in his country and save some commoner lives even if the action is woefully late. Net positive chance here

I’m a Hunter main (I like my capes deal with it. Plus we had the best Vanguard leader so suck it big blue and bald lady).

THAT said, the Warlock glide is super useful in the raid jump sections (or like the Outbreak Perfected Heroic mission).

THE TITAN JUMP THOUGH CAN FUCK OFF
