@Lead what do you think of this double under defence? I went to the evening class for the first time, and everyone was spamming the double under pass instead of the knee cut, which is favoured by the morning guys. I need a go-to and the usual arm attack has never really worked for me.
Will come back to this once I watch the whole thing.
There’s only maybe one guy at my gym who does this pass well so I don’t find myself having to defend it much. I also favor half guard over closed guard which might prevent it from occurring more. Knee cut is way more common here cause they’ll do knee cut or x pass back and forth. What is your primary defense for a knee cut?
