I'll confess I've used the Tyrone thing, though in context of a Karen lol.

At the end of the day this website is a for-profit venture, and it knows its target audience. So the line has quite a bit of slack in it. I'm not complaining as I generally prefer to err on the side of too much allowed than not enough.

That being said, the real issue to me isn't the spamming of the types of comments you mention as much as it is the absolute lack of nuance to any of the discussion in most of the threads these days. Just feels overwhelmingly pure partisan identity politics whining.

I mean, I just make a lighthearted joke, based on an old joke. You flat out say that you hate Asian men. In terms of the racism Olympics, I get a participation award. You get the gold.
