Bret Hart was easily superior to Michaels. HBK is one of the most overrated wrestlers in history, no in all of sports period, and wasn't a draw his entire career, at any point of it.

I don't know the numbers, but Michaels got more great matches against bums than anyone in the history of the game (at least to the point that I stopped watching). Bret could work with a better variety of styles, maybe, but never had a match as good as the ladder matches, probably, and definitely not with someone as mediocre as Razor.
