@Lead I have noticed a huge change in the amount of calls for violence. I want to thank The Deep State for their efforts, it was rough there for a bit.

I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, amen, because right now I'm sipping a Smirnoff Ice 8% strawberry + lemon uh, beverage, that is not the worst thing but not the best thing. Edumacate me on some high class shit.

Whatever amount you saw, there were quite a lot more.

For real, thanks to all you guys, working for free, to keep that stuff contained to the best of your ability.

90s people, assemble!

There's a 90s song that I really hate but I can never remember its name or how it goes. It's like I block it from memory because of how annoying I find it.

It's quintessentially 90s in the worst way. I thought it was by R.E.M. but I guess it's not. All I can remember is that the chorus ends with "instead of [verbing] me, it just keeps (or keeps on) [verbing] me [down/around]"

Think R.E.M. but more upbeat, faster, and more repetitive.

I'm pretty sure I read that R.E.M. was the last band that got a huge recording contract before file sharing ate up a bunch of record sales profits.

And every record after they signed the contract tanked

I always remember Susan Rice and Samantha Powers as the two of the three women(Cinton being the third) who were apparently the most vocal in support of the Libya intervention in the Obama administration. Imagine having such a disaster in your career and barely suffering any career consequences for it.

If Polish starts the next thread, I'll tell the donut story.

It isn't even that great of a story tbh, but it's in demand for some reason. You can get it straight from the horse's fifth leg.
