The pandemic is no excuse for getting out of shape guys.

I've adopted a prison style workout in the absence of gym access and it's going great really. Lots of pull-up/push-up variations, bridging, straight leg raises, bodyweight squatting variations, it's amazing what you can do out of necessity. I think I've thrown some dumbells around two or three times a month to keep the guns swole out of vanity and I have a heavy rope for cardio but that's about it really. I feel/look better than I have in a while really.

Also I've been using my wife as a grappling dummy to keep my jits sharp and it doubles as foreplay which is nice.
