Actually I believe that when the hands are supinated the biceps are in a biomechanically advantageous position and therefore do not fatigue as rapidly, allowing the stronger latissimus dorsi to work harder. Mentally therefore doing the exercise that way allows you to better focus on the back.

Is anybody doing a 100 pull ups in a row? That’s what I don’t get.

So if I do this tomorrow. I could run a 10 minute mile (slow). Do 20 sets over 40 minutes. Then do another 10 minute mile.

And if I’m not done in an hour I fail?


There is no time limit. However my goal normally is to get it under one hour. The fact that you're doing it at all is a challenge

Ps, your strategy is exactly what is do. A slow steady 9-10 min mile.

And knock out 20 Cindy's at a moderate pace .
 
Nobody and I mean nobody believes you have ever been able to do 20 pull ups, especially when you throw in that this was on the way to the garage for a soda.

How about me? Am I the type of guy you believe could ever do 20 pull ups?

Usually when my guests chew like this it means the flesh was too tight and requires more of a process to make it softer and tender to ingest inside of them... Some sapiens like Mr @Lead don't have the ability to masticate their edibles with tight frame. More preparations are needed to make sure they enjoy their meals...
