That's awesome.

My goal is to do 20 unbroken strict pull ups. (No kipping or butterfly for all of the crossfit haters)

Doing the Murph tomorrow...let's see how well I do

Haven;t done a Murph in maybe five years. Those suck in a good way.

It’s so funny how people who can do like one pull up, think having a goal of 20 is nothing, then they try and see after 2-3 it gets insanely hard. I started swimming and was like I’m going to swim 100 laps a session, right off the bat!

I did not swim anywhere close to 100 laps (and still do not)

Does anyone think that someone people may have very mild symptoms, and not want to add to the reason why things stay restrictive and locked down? Like I honestly think more people have Covid, and I know some people who want a test can’t get one, but I think not including the people that get absolutely no symptoms there are people out there with mild symptoms that are just afraid to even try to get tested. Am I crazy?

Do y'all do pull-ups underhanded or overhanded? The latter is easier for me.

I did 12 full good pull ups for the first time in over 15 years :)

Man, that's impressive.

I used to be able to do 20+ chin ups but never more than 5 pull ups even in my prime

Depends where you are , Canada is at 5.2 but PEI is at 9.2 and Newfoundland and Nova Scotia are in the 7's, the Maritimes definitely bringing our AVG down .

@Andy Capp
You can thank impaired driving for that. I think it overtook smoking as the #1 cause of preventable death here, but I wouldn't bet on it. They're definitely 1-2 no matter the order.
