Bioshock is the biggest name by far. Some games like fallout and gta have political commentary embedded in them, but its not a big part of the actual game and can be outright ignored or even missed. Most political titles tend to be indy, though, and shooters/war games tend to require more resources to develop than things like puzzle games. There are a fair number of those: "papers please" is probably the most well known indy political game.
I don't really get any exposure to him outside of you posting his tweets. Seems like a funny dude at the very least. Although, of course, I hold reservations based on his being a Republican and being married to a propagandist for a corrupt halfwit.
