I started playing pool and snooker in my early teens. These days it cracks me up when guys with jump cues play me safe and I kick and then when I do the same and they put the cue ball off the table jumping it. In this tournament on the weekend I must have made this guy use his jump cue 5 times in one game. There are certain situations where it can be ideal if you have a good jump shot (I don't) but the problem for guys like that is they give up practicing kick shots so they have to jump even when it is clearly not the best shot.Jealous. I haven't played 9-Ball in over a decade, hell I'm not even sure where my cue is come to think of it.

You can even do a single exercise 2/3 times a week too. Like chest, Monday Wednesday and Friday. Or legs Monday and Friday. Drop the weight a bit and really fill those muscles with blood. Do that workout for a bit then switch to something knew. Like I said this stuff works for me.
