Yeah exactly. What I find particularly useful about homes like this is that they're single family homes which, when installed on smaller plots, allows you to add density to suburbs while still allowing those at the lower end of the market to get a SFH.

More often than not the gap between not having a given class of goods vs having a lower end version is much bigger than having the lower end version vs having an upper end version. Everyone wants a nice car but that first car you get, even if its a somewhat older economy car, is game changing.

For a lot of families who rent apartments I'm sure they'd appreciate not sharing walls, ceilings, and floors for the first time.

I think she just finally realized that her political career is over. All the hype and delusion has died down, and now she's just that same unpopular bitch that couldn't even get out of the first round of a primary.

Sometimes it's best to just stay in your lane and not overreach. If she could do it all over again, I doubt she accepts the VP position. That was the beginning of the end for her. Not so good with the spotlight, that one.

I don't think she thinks it's over. I think Kamala believes the 2028 Democratic nomination is owed to her. Running for Governor or being appointed Vice President again would be a step backwards. She won't accept anything less and will cause problems as soon as she realizes the party is moving towards a different candidate.

In that thread it was exposed that the BBC has been caught with Pro-Palestinian (Muslim) / Anti-Israeli coverage, the same goes for their coverage of 3rd World Muslim immigrants and their impact on British culture, crime, economics, healthcare with the demographic changes. In the same manner the BBC, when covering Muslim Sharia Law have downplayed the discrimination against women in the parallel legal system where they must have a male present and are treated like property. The Muslims use of Sharia to attack British natives in the "wrong place" not acting within Sharia Law's boundaries and the BBC downplays that too. Here we are again with the BBC having yet another 3rd World pro-Muslim view bias. So my post was being use to expose this ongoing BBC Pro-Muslim narrative.

I have to disagree here. She fucking blew it, although maybe it was the party appointing her candidate, and we all saw it a mile away.
