Probably the fastest anyone ever went from "Legitimately funny and creative entertainer" to "Soulless Government stooge" in history. Hell, I can remember when I thought he was a good choice to replace Letterman. What a disgrace, and now he'll forever be known as the guy who killed "The Late Show". People get fired now and then. Very few take the whole ship down with them. Sheesh.
