There's a bizarre cult of "pro-Bergers" who think Kohberger is innocent and defend him at every turn. It's very bizarre. He's clearly guilty and that's just with the evidence they've released publicly.

We can safely assume, I think. I believe he was taking some course in criminology for knowledge on how to get away with murder. Seems like just a psycho narcissist who had dreams of becoming a serial killer and outsmarting authorities. He was born in the wrong era for that shit. Eye in the sky caught his ass, not to mention the genius dropped the sheath to his murder weapon in the house. Not the mastermind he thought he was. Even if he has no remorse for his actions, I figure being proven a dumbass has got to eat at his ego a little bit.

Apparently, he had an intense interest in what it felt like in the aftermath of killing another person. He wrote like a thesis on it and even posted on Reddit asking for any insight on it. I wonder if it became so much of an obsession, he decided to do it himself. It may have been the only way for him to feel "alive."

I think he's basically right, to the extent your house is a good investment at all its because it's subsidized by the state. To be clear I mean as a financial investment, obviously for lots of people there's subjective value to home ownership that matters a lot.
