You also need to understand, if the community wanted it, I’d respect the community. The community doesn’t want it.

And by "skin in the game" you mean you might have to deal with an eye sore.

Why, to protect the owls?

You sure about that? If I look up mitigation measures I'm in not going to find anything?
Feel free to peep the saveLBI.org website for the lawsuits currently in place specifically mentioning marine life.

I would respect the communities right to vote for any zoning they want in their community. I’d be against it.

Who do you mean when you say community? A slight majority of NJ voters are in favor of offshore wind so at least across the state there's support for it though the link points out that in coastal counties support for offshore wind declines.

That's not what I asked though, I asked if the project agreed to any mitigation measures. You're saying they didn't right? If I look that up I won't find anything on, say, Wikipedia for example?

What other property rights should the community be allowed to restrict?

Forgive me for not wanting to destroy marine life and one of the most beautiful places in the world for a project which was half baked, serviced NYC(while destroying other energy providers) and would have been decommissioned in 10-15 years. Not to mention the cost being higher than traditional energy to begin with.
<36>

I also LOL at people with no skin in the game saying that the project is a net benefit. Meanwhile, I’m intimately familiar with it but my opinion doesn’t count
First of all, watch out where you put your dick, ain't nobody got time for that. Didn't you state your opinion is based on your investments?
