No.@HereticBD I know this was awhile back but we had a conversation at one point about whether voters should care about democracy or just their financial situation, with the context that choosing Trump was the later. At this point, does that premise now seem flawed?
I think you have to give the man more than three months to judge such a thing. He's obviously trying to radically change the economic status quo that has been bleeding America dry for decades, and that will come with some major hiccups and won't be turned around overnight. If it all works out in the end, what will you say then?We now have the same concerns on checks and balances / rule of law now that he’s in office but also a bad economy. I think they still deserve the criticism for getting him through the primary and now the general.
On a side note, I'd suggest not criticizing voters for simply voting against what you wanted. It's very petty and kind of deranged, like you view yourself on a higher plane than anyone that disagrees with you. As if you are some kind of all knowing entity, and gets to dole out what is "good" and "bad". It's very leftist of you, and I think you're better than that.
