Now I know how some of you view my exchanges in other threads with certain users here. I could not possibly give less of a fuck about this. Got lots of money? Good for you. Lost money? Too bad, but at least you had the money to gamble with. None of it impresses me.

"For the love of money is the root of all evil."
the devil is quoting scripture, the end is near

Thats a tough call. I sold some of my AI focused stuff but they were all in a tax deferred. Could you do tax-loss harvesting?
I’m positive Bigly across the board.
I have some tax loss harvest from 2 year ago still rolling about but naa im too green right now

You'd think with a name like "The Lounge" this place would be more chill. I guess it's the WR though so all this bickering is to be expected.
It used to be. No comment on what changed. I recently created a couple of posts in the PotWR thread in case they interest you.

the devil is quoting scripture, the end is near
Hearing you will hear and shall not understand,
And seeing you will see and not perceive;
For the hearts of this people have grown dull.
Their ears are hard of hearing,
And their eyes they have closed,
Lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears,
Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn,
So that I should heal them.

Hah I also hate fatties
Well for the record I don't, that analogy just popped into my head so I ran with it.
Me too. I just don't see how it helps affordability.
In fairness a lot of the reforms that would help improve affordability are in the purview of state and local government.

There is one thing the federal government can do to make housing cheaper and that's removing the steel chassis requirement for manufactured homes. I made a thread on that but funny enough in the poll of the thread you were the only poster to vote against removing that regulation.

Keep those things in the trailer parks where they belong.

I still agree with my take on that idea
