What's the value in 2 months of a lame duck presidency? And it undermines the moment of eventually having a woman elected as president by merely appointing one for symbolism. While it is a DNC kind of move, I hope she has the dignity to pass on it if offered.

Crazy how liberals thought that when America became less and less white, that they would ride a blue wave in perpetuity.

Given Trump’s popularity among Latino males, maybe Dem’s should have taken the border more seriously. It appears that machismo culture may have had a corrosive effect on American democracy.
