GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A man in Green Bay with a one-of-a-kind first name was taken into custody after an alleged disturbance on the city’s east side.

According to a criminal complaint obtained by Local 5, 42-year-old Deez-Nuts Kroll was arrested following an incident involving a gun. On March 5, around 10 p.m., officers were sent to the 900 block of East Walnut Street for a reported disturbance.

When officers got to the scene, two people were brought to a squad car and placed in the back. Additionally, officers took Kroll into custody, and he was reportedly standing outside with no shirt on.

The complaint says that Kroll appeared to be highly intoxicated, but he did follow officers’ commands. It is always mentioned that authorities identified Kroll by his Wisconsin ID card, which said ‘Deez-Nuts Lee Kroll.’

The two people who were originally brought to a squad car said they were arguing with Kroll over the phone around 8 p.m. About two hours later, around 10 p.m., they found the door to the residence was locked.

One person said that Kroll opened the door and punched them with a closed fist in the shoulder. This led to a physical altercation, according to the complaint.

At one point, Kroll allegedly got a gun. Authorities later took the gun into evidence and found out it was a CO2 BB gun. It was reportedly loaded and had eight silver 4.5mm BBs.

When authorities interviewed Kroll, they claimed that it was apparent he was ‘talking in circles.’ Throughout the official complaint, Kroll was referred to as ‘Deez-Nuts.’

Kroll is charged with:
  • Battery
    • Misdemeanor
    • Up to nine months in prison
  • Disorderly Conduct, Use of a Dangerous Weapon
    • Misdemeanor
    • Up to 90 days in prison (can be increased by six months due to having a dangerous weapon)
Court records show that Kroll had his initial appearance on March 6 at 2 p.m. A signature bond was set at $1,000 for Kroll, and he will be back at the Brown County Courthouse on April 24 for a status conference

No additional information was provided.

Oh to be the judge setting a $1,000 bond on Deez Nuts

I don't know why he doesn't just get hair plugs if he's really that sensitive about being bald.

I think at this point it is most likely part of his marketing strategy. It is easy to identify him in these sorts of pictures.

What's the over/under on the car that crashed into white house gate being a right wing nutter?
If it turns out to be a Palestine sympathizer, does that still count?

No, I honestly think he recognizes how inhuman he looks without it. I've never seen anything like it. He takes off that beanie, and it's just like...damn. It's not that he just looks older. He looks like a friggin' mutant.

It's like how Kevin Dunn was always so sensitive about his bucky teeth yet he never got them fixed until recently despite making 7 figures a year since the late 90s.

It would depend, I suppose a person that hated Jewish people could join the crazies that are support Hamas. There are levels to these things.

People that hate Jewish people but don't support Hamas
People that don't like civilians dying.
People that support Hamas but hate Jewish people.

I don't really follow him, just instantly recognized him because of the beanie.

Let's just say...you want him to keep that beanie on. It's best for him, and best for the children.
